My goal as a program manager is to foster global awareness on a person-to-person level. I am grateful to have had various international exchange leadership roles totaling over a decade of experience: from overseeing an international youth exchange program based at Expo 2020 Dubai, to teaching English and developing intercultural programming in South Korea, to counseling students while team-managing a USA-Europe international touring choir. 

 

Whether through citizen diplomacy initiatives, teaching another language, or through arts education and cultural exchange, I value the chance to empower people with the tools to relate. My servant-leader style focuses on strengthening relationships. A product of a multiracial family, I have learned to appreciate diversity and uniqueness in all its forms.

 

A natural diplomat, my background serves me well as a mediator of cultures, and I relish being the bridge between people.
